Live longer. Think clearer. Feel better.
Living protocols for the systems that shape your life — sleep, nutrition, energy, mental health, cognition and longevity. Kept current, not archived.

Hi, I'm Pavel — founder of EverBiohacking.
I've been deep in biohacking since 2016 — more than ten years of self-experimentation, tracking my own biomarkers, and reading primary research. I'm a developer, not a doctor, and I've spent the last decade testing what actually moves the needle for energy, cognition, and longevity.
EverBiohacking is what I wish existed when I started — science-backed and grounded in primary research.
It's a lifelong project. Every protocol here is a living document — I edit it whenever what I actually do changes.

More protocolsBiohacking is the improvement of one's vital signs based on scientific research through training, various practices, tracking, and supplements.
Almost no one comes to biohacking for abstract longevity. Most come with a specific pain point. In this article, I share where to begin your journey.
Essential terms, concepts, and mechanisms you need to know to understand articles on biohacking, optimization, and longevity.
